The Bardibas Municipality in Mahottari has announced plans to repair and upgrade (gravel) the roads connecting Wards 12 and 13, as well as Wards 7 and 9. During the monsoon season, potholes on these roads have led to waterlogging, creating difficulties for pedestrians and vehicle movement.

According to municipal technical officer Shani Chaudhary, Mayor Prahlad Kumar Kshetri personally inspected the condition of these roads and instructed immediate upgrading. Following the mayor’s directive, repair and graveling works will commence soon. This is expected to eliminate waterlogging issues during the rainy season and ensure smoother travel for local residents.

Bardibas Municipality has expressed its commitment to resolving the daily travel inconveniences of locals through regular road maintenance.
