The Janamat Party has expelled its suspended Vice-Chairperson Dipak Kumar Sah from the party. According to a decision made by the party’s disciplinary committee, Sah will no longer remain even an ordinary member of the party.

In a joint statement issued by the committee’s coordinator Narendra Prasad Chaudhary and member-secretary Anitakumari Mandal, it was stated that Sah was expelled for continuously engaging in activities against the party.

The statement alleges that Sah had been involved in factional meetings, interviews, dissemination of misleading news, and public opposition to the party’s policies — all as part of an attempt to divide the party. These actions, the party claims, were detrimental to its reputation, dignity, and internal unity.

The disciplinary committee concluded that Sah had violated 12 sub-clauses under Clause 399(A) of the Janamat Party Statute 2075, including sub-clauses 1, 3, 4, 5, 6, 7, 9, 10, 12, and 15, leading to the decision to expel him.

Sah had previously been suspended from his position as Vice-Chairperson due to internal disagreements. However, as internal dissatisfaction and dissent became more public, the party leadership decided to completely oust him.

The party reiterated its policy of zero tolerance toward such disciplinary violations and warned that strict action will be taken if similar activities are repeated in the future.
