Corporate Development Bank has expanded its operations with the opening of a new branch in Bardibas Municipality, Mahottari. The branch, located in the main market area of Bardibas-1, was officially inaugurated on Saturday amid a special ceremony by Mayor Prahlad Kumar Kshetri.
While inaugurating the branch, Mayor Kshetri remarked that Bardibas is experiencing increasing economic activity, and the expansion of banking services plays a vital role in fostering business growth and creating an investment-friendly environment. “The expansion of banking access not only facilitates financial inclusion for local residents but also provides a foundation for economic advancement among small entrepreneurs and businesses,” he stated.
He further added, “In a municipality like Bardibas, which is economically vibrant, the arrival of such institutional investment is a positive sign. The partnership with the private sector will contribute significantly to the municipality’s overall development.”
The inauguration program was attended by senior officials of the Corporate Development Bank, industrialists, businesspersons, local representatives, and members of the general public. During the event, the bank also shared information about its services, loan policies, and future plans.
The new branch will offer various services including personal and business loans, savings accounts, ATM services, and digital banking. With the operation of this new branch in Bardibas, it is expected that banking competition in the area will intensify, offering customers more options and improved services.
