On the occasion of the third memorial day of respected Nepali Congress leader and socialist thinker, the late Pradeep Giri, a tribute program was held in Bardibas on Thursday.

The event was organized by the Nepali Congress Municipal Committee. During the program, Nepali Congress Central Committee Member Chiranjeevi Hamal delivered a speech highlighting Giri’s philosophy of life, his contributions to the socialist movement, and his ideals, offering a heartfelt tribute.

Bardibas Municipality Mayor and Nepali Congress Central Committee Member Prahlad Kumar Kshetri, Regional Member Mahesh Kumar Jha, along with other leaders and cadres holding responsibilities at various levels within the party, were present at the program.

Speakers at the event recalled Giri’s vision of socialism, his simple lifestyle, and his thoughts, emphasizing that the present generation should draw inspiration from his ideals.

Nepali Congress Bardibas Municipal Committee President Yubaraj Pokharel said the purpose of the program was to keep Giri’s ideas alive and to inspire society and politics with his guiding principles in the days to come.
