The sixth session of the Madhesh Provincial Assembly is set to commence from Bhadra 12. The Office of the Provincial Head issued a statement on Thursday, informing that the session has been called.

The provincial government’s Council of Ministers, in its meeting held on 2082 Bhadra 4, had recommended summoning the session. Based on that recommendation, the Provincial Head has called the session to begin at 1 PM on Bhadra 12, in accordance with Article 183 (1) of the Constitution of Nepal.

With this, preparations have begun in the Provincial Assembly building for political parties to once again engage in discussions on policies, programs, and bills.
